Each month, we select a unique lot from one of our Al Khanshali Estate farms in Yemen, capturing the essence of the region’s extraordinary flavors.

Along with every bag of coffee, subscribers receive a beautifully designed card featuring the story and details of the chosen lot, paired with a stunning photo on the back. Many of our subscribers have begun collecting these cards, displaying them on their refrigerators, or even framing them as cherished keepsakes.

We roast and ship out all subscription orders during the first week of every month. Purchases placed on or after the 23rd will receive the following months subscription. One purchase of subscription delivers one bag of coffee for the months micro-lot.
