COFFEE RETURNS

At Port of Mokha, we uphold the highest quality standards. Our team carefully cups and scores every roast daily, ensuring that only coffee meeting our strict benchmarks is dispatched. Due to this meticulous process, we do not accept returns on coffee.

However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you encounter any issues with your coffee or if there are errors in your order, please contact us at info@portofmokha.com or reach out via our web chat (bottom right of the page).

Estimated transit times are provided by carriers (USPS, FedEx, etc.) and are not guaranteed.
High-volume periods may cause delays beyond our control.
Port of Mokha is not responsible for transit delays.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds for online purchases will be processed back to the original payment method.
Exchanges can be processed at our Port of Mokha location in Lewisville, TX.
