Each lot selected for this offering captures the intimate bond between Yemen’s farmers and their rich coffee-growing regions, the generations of tradition and expertise, and the processing methods that best accentuate the coffee’s inherent virtues.

This season’s Single Farmer Lot comes from our partner estate, Al-Khanshali IV, located in Sana'a Province. It features the Dawa'iri variety, grown at 1,950 meters above sea level and processed using the Anaerobic Slow Dry method over six days. The coffee opens with a rich, comforting first taste of chocolate brownies, nutmeg, and French vanilla, then finishes with cantaloupe, rose, and a creamy body that lingers softly on the palate.
