The Al Wadi region of Yemen is vast, and extremely difficult to source coffee from. But, the exceptional effort is worth it for this exceptional coffee. This varietal boasts notes of deep dark chocolate, dried caramel, and lush fruit. Every cup feels like a treat.

Received as a gift and was very pleasantly surprised. These beans are lighter than I usually drink. They also have a fruity smell I usually avoid. That said, this coffee defies those expectation. The taste isn't fruity at all, and it is consistently smooth from the first to last sip. It also holds the distinction of receiving a, "Wow this is good," from my spouse, who has never liked any coffee she's tried.
